• For those artists who are donating a piece of art, we will open the store gallery at Shelter Cove on Wednesday NOVEMBER 12, between 12-4 p.m. Please DROP OFF your art donation at that time. If this is not convenient please bring it to the Pineland Station Gallery at any time between now and November 12, during regular gallery hours 10am - 5:45pm.
• Volunteers will hang the show Thursday, November 13.
• On Friday and Saturday November 14-15 we will open the Shelter Cove gallery for the purpose of reviewing the art and will have volunteers selling tickets.
• Postcards advertising the event have been sent through the regular mail and have a ticket attached for you to cut off and send with your check for $100 to:

• If you have not received the post card, or you would like to have more for friends and neighbors, please stop by the gallery, or call 681-5060.
• You may purchase your ticket at the Art League Gallery at Pineland Station, at the Preview Site near the mall entrance to Saks, or by mail with the coupon on the card. If you order by mail, you may pick up your ticket at the Mall on Nov. 16, when you come to preview the art.
• If you are unable to attend the drawing, you may designate a representative to pick for you from the list of artworks you've chosen.
Our goal is to have one hundred works of art and sell one hundred tickets. If you are a contributing artist - we still need more art work - please contact Chris CLAYTON at 681-1956 or the Art League Gallery at 681-5060 for any additional information.
